One on One 60 minutes: $80

Group Class 45 minutes: $25 Drop in
Unlimited Group Class 45 minutes: $125
10 classes (per month): $70
Online Workout Plan with 2 classes Per week: $200 month to month and Nutrition Plan

If you want to look and feel your absolute best, I can help. As you probably know, countless studies have found a direct link between your fitness level and your overall confidence and happiness.

But instead of using a "one size fits all" approach to fitness, I design a unique personal training plan that is custom-tailored to fit your exact goals and needs. 

Class Schedule

Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri 6:00 am 55 minutes: Drop in, or Membership
Mon/Tues/Thur/Fri 4:30 pm 55 minutes: Drop in, or Membership

 

Our class workouts are comprised of fun functional movement that will test and improve your cardio vascular fitness, strength, and endurance. We will incorporate, weight training, strength training, and cardio training with kettle bells, body weight exercises, boxing and kickboxing. We will use intervals to elevate our heart rates and short periods of rest for recovery. These workouts will strengthen the four component pillars of your body at AIBL fitness. Agility, Intensity, and Lifting.  So come and get a fun sweat on.
